Dentures Just $499

Full or partial dentures are an affordable alternative if you’re missing some or all your teeth. Call us today to explore the option that best fits your needs.

Crowns Just $699

A crown (tooth cap) covers your entire tooth surface to restore its function, shape, and size. A crown protects and strengthens a damaged or weakened tooth structure that can’t be restored with fillings or other restorations.

Implants Just $750

Dental implants are a great way to replace missing teeth and provide a fixed, permanent alternative to removable partial or complete dentures. They protect underlying bone health while providing excellent support and stability for restorations.

Improve Your Smile and Life with Dental Implants

Your smile is one of the first things people notice when they meet you, so it can truly make a lasting impression. Missing or damaged teeth can impact your appearance and self-confidence and diminish your personal and professional life. Gaps in your teeth can increase your risk of tooth decay, gum disease, and bite misalignment, while progressive jawbone loss can result in undesirable facial changes. The good news is dental implants offer natural-looking beauty, durability, and versatility, as well as protect the health of your underlying bone.

Dental implants consist of a threaded implant post, an abutment that attaches to the implant, and a visible restoration, which can be a crown, bridge, or full arch prosthesis. The implant post is inserted into your jawbone freehand or using advanced computer guidance. Once the post fuses with your underlying bone, it assumes the role of your missing natural tooth. When you receive dental implants from our skilled team, you’ll be amazed that our exceptionally reasonable dental implant cost in Philadelphia, PA can deliver fully restored dental function, newfound confidence, and a lifetime of benefits!

The Top Benefits of Dental Implants

Customized Dental Implant Options

Single Dental Implants

A single dental implant involves surgically placing a titanium post in your jaw, attaching an abutment during the same surgery or later, and securing a crown to the abutment after healing. We work with a nearby dental lab that uses superior materials that blend in with your remaining teeth for restored function and natural-looking beauty.

Dental Bridges

An implant-supported bridge is appropriate for two or more adjacent missing teeth in a row. Replacing missing teeth with a bridge that closely matches the shade and overall appearance of your natural teeth restores smile function and confidence. Unlike a traditional bridge, an implant-supported bridge doesn’t require modification and crowns on healthy adjacent teeth. Dental implants replace your missing tooth roots, which keep your underlying bone healthy, while a false tooth (pontic) without a root replacement can lead to ongoing bone loss.

Implant-Supported Dentures

Implant-supported dentures are a preferred treatment option if you have many missing teeth or are completely edentulous (toothless). This type of denture is secured in place using two or more dental implants rather than denture adhesive and suction, which often isn’t sufficient for traditional dentures to stay secure.

This far more stable restoration never slips or falls out. It stimulates your underlying jawbone and helps prevent a sunken-in facial appearance. Depending on your unique clinical needs and desires, these dentures can be full or partial and fixed or removable.

Full Mouth Dental implants

All-on-4 is a minimally invasive method for placing full mouth dental implants that requires a minimum of four implants per arch. If you lost all your teeth or need to have remaining teeth extracted due to decay, this innovative protocol enables a complete set of teeth without bone grafting.

At Universal Dentistry, we believe in giving patients many choices, including different full mouth dental implant protocols and price points. As such, we also offer All-on-6, All-on-X, Teeth Tomorrow®, Hybridge®, and our full arch protocol called Optisplint.

Mini Dental Implants

A mini dental implant is typically about half the size of a traditional dental implant and fabricated in one piece, making it easier to place. Mini implants don’t require the same amount of jawbone mass as traditional dental implants.

They’re also an ideal choice for front teeth, premolars, or other teeth located in a narrow space. The process is minimally invasive and quicker and typically enables immediate-load restorations in a single appointment.

Zygomatic Implants

If other practices have turned you away due to severe bone loss in your upper back jaw, we can help. Designed specifically for patients with extensive bone loss, zygomatic dental implants are tilted and much longer than those used in traditional dental implant procedures.

While traditional implants are placed in the jawbone, zygomatic implants are securely placed in your cheekbone (zygoma) and in other areas of your mouth. The zygoma is a dense bone that isn’t prone to deterioration, so it provides excellent support that can last a lifetime with proper home oral hygiene and professional dental care.

Am I A Candidate for Implants?

Our Dental Implant Treatment Process

At your first visit, we’ll discuss your dental and medical history, take digital X-rays, and create a customized treatment plan. A cone-beam computed tomography scan further analyzes your bone structure, nerve tissue, and sinus cavities and helps plan precision implant placement. We’ll disclose the cost of dental implants at this visit, and you’ll never encounter hidden fees when you entrust our team to complete your missing smile!

At Universal Dentistry, we offer personalized dental implant surgery that addresses your specific oral health needs and smile goals. Depending on your unique case, tooth extraction, and bone grafting may be possible during the same visit as dental implant placement. Using digital guidance, small holes are carefully drilled in your gums and bone in predetermined sites, and the implants are placed.

With full mouth dental implants in Philadelphia, PA, we may be able to provide you with temporary teeth during the same visit as surgery. If you experience any swelling, applying a cold compress and rinsing with warm salt water can aid in the healing process. Many of our patients can resume most normal activities within 24 hours.

We’ll provide postsurgical home-care instructions to help you get on the road to recovery and schedule periodic follow-up appointments. The first year following surgery is the most critical time for healing because osseointegration (fusion) can take three to six months, and your gums are most vulnerable to infection. Implant failure is much more likely to occur during this period than at any time after that.

During follow-up visits, our team will assess your gums, implants, and surrounding teeth to determine if healing and fusion are progressing. We’ll also look for evidence of traumatic occlusion, signs of tissue inflammation, bleeding when probed, indications of infection (e.g., pus), and plaque/tartar growth.

Like most patients, you’ll likely experience minimal disruption to your daily life. If the abutments weren’t built into your implants, we uncover them and attach them, then let your gums heal for a few weeks. The final crown, bridge, or denture is carefully customized and fabricated by our trusted dental lab to match your natural teeth’ exact color and contour.

No matter how many teeth you’re missing, our high-quality and affordable dental implants offer unmatched versatility, durability, functionality, and aesthetics!
